How to receive Support

I have tried to ensure that my projects are easy to use. However, I do understand that you may have questions.

The Support Forums

For this purpose I have made available the the Support Forums.

I check these forums atleast once a day and try my best to answer all your queries.

This is the only means that I provide support for all users. The purpose of the forums is to consolidate all queries in one dedicated location.

Support via Email

Additionally, I do understand you would prefer another methods for support.

I will also provide support via email. However, this constitutes additional work as well as the possibility of repeated questions.

Hence, if you would like to receive support via Email please consider a donation of atleast $25.

Support via Messenger

I am available on MSN, Yahoo! Messenger, Jabber / Google and Skype.

Users who donate atleast $50 will be eligible for receiving support via messenger.

I will work with you online to try and solve your problem.

Problem still not solved?

I will do my very best to ensure that the problem gets solved. To date, I have been able to solve almost all the questions asked in the support forum.

In case I am unable to solve your problem, I will refund 50% of the amount you have donated.
